Nestled in the Maremma countryside, between Fonteblanda and Montiano, Anonima Agricola was born as a local redevelopment project. Once a traditional farm, today it is an innovative agritourism welcoming travelers and artists, overlooking the Gulf of Talamone, where the hills blend into the sea.
The architectural project, designed by Margherita Marri and Jacopo Rosa (Captcha Architecture Milano), skillfully respects and enhances the landscape, integrating with it through a conscious material choice: contemporary cement surfaces that do not disrupt, but rather dialogue with the surrounding nature.
The volumes blend into the landscape without overwhelming it, guided by a logic of balance and sustainability.
